Follow Up Training, POs, and Counciling!

So I wrote this huge, long blog post about all the crap going on right now in my life (and there is sooooo much going on right now) but blogger decided that even though i clearly clicked save 3 times, it wasn't going to... so now I'm just gonna sum it up.

First I went through some personal stuff that had me very down and distracted for a few weeks. Then I had to go back to Amity Headquarters for Follow Up Training. It was really fun, but the week leading up to it my  co-workers were really stressing themselves and me. It was an annoying amount of pressure, and it was unnecessary. But FUT was great, made new friends, saw old ones. Good times. This past week and this next week are Parent Observations where the parents sit in on my classes, and we are supposed to include them in the lesson.

This has been extremely stressful. On top of that I have to write recommendations for next term for all of my students and hand it out at the PO. But I was only informed about those recommendations and shown how to use the really complicated, all Japanese system three days before POs started. I  have over 70 students. (>__<) To give an idea of how crazy busy I've become, I've gone from being over a week ahead in all my lesson plans to barely having the lesson plans for the next day completed. And more often than not, i'm staying at work longer into the night. As soon as POs are done, I  have to arrange a parent-teacher conference with each of my students' parents and have a counseling session. AND I have to fill out progress reports for all of my students the first week of December. So much to do... so little time... I'm working my butt off. Its good that these kids are cute.

So life has been really crazy lately... I honestly haven't gone out and done anything of interest lately... but I feel bad for having not posted for an entire month. So here are a few pictures and I promise I will update about the craziness going on at work right now later.

Fall has come and the leaves are changing. Its beautiful, but its COLD. I am going to have a hard time this winter.
